TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Andrei Weddings is responsible to deliver top quality videos that fit the client’s needs, based and limited to the package choice.

 

2. Andrei Weddings is responsible for capturing the video in an unobtrusive way, respecting all locations and guests.

 

3. It is understood that Andrei Weddings is the exclusive Video Company retained by the client to cover each event. Any conflicts with other photographic and/or video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client.

 

4. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Andrei Weddings to film each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Andrei Weddings will film, including photos, musical recordings, video files, or any other materials delivered to Andrei Weddings for inclusion in the clients finished wedding film and DVD. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Andrei Weddings harmless for any loss, damage, or liability for infringement of any rights arising from the use or sale of material the client hires Andrei Weddings to produce, edit, or duplicate.

 

5. The outstanding balance shall be cleared 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

6. Andrei Weddings reserves the right to use videos for display, publication or other purposes. All video masters and raw footage remain the exclusive property of Andrei Weddings.

 

7. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at any time up to the date of the event. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid less the deposit will be refunded.

 

8. The Client is responsible for assuring optimal shooting conditions as well as providing a meal.

 

9. The client has critically viewed samples of Andrei Weddings’ video work and hereby grants full editorial and production control to Andrei Weddings regarding all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. If a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited film, it is at the sole discretion of Andrei Weddings as the exclusive producer of the event video recording. Additional changes are charged at a rate of 75£ per hour.

 

10. All personal property provided by client to Andrei Weddings for utilisation in the post-production of their wedding film is received by Andrei Weddings at the complete and total risk of the client. Andrei Weddings will make every effort to insure the safekeeping of a client’s personal property while in its possession and return same to client upon delivery of the edited master film.

 

11. We always understand things do not go as planned. This is why we offer up to 30 minutes of extra time if needed. Anything after that is charged, unless agreed otherwise, at the flat rate of 195£/hour/videographer.

 

12. The client is responsible for paying the transport if the wedding is outside London Travel Zones 1-5. Also, the client is responsible for parking tickets. It is Andrei Wedding’s responsibility to provide an estimate of this cost in advance. The transport cost will always be separate to the wedding cost and not included in the package or total price.

 

13. Andrei Weddings is responsible to deliver the first draft in 12 weeks after: a) the event is finished; b) all payment has been cleared; c) the client has discussed all editing details such as music or special text. Further changes can take up to another 6 weeks.

 

14. If Andrei Weddings fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event beyond the control of Andrei Weddings, including but not limited to illness, accident, labour disputes and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Andrei Weddings’ liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.

 

15. Andrei Weddings produces USB's, DVDs or Blu-Rays using the most compatible media. Andrei Weddings is not responsible for incompatibility with the USB's, DVDs or Blu-Ray’s created and the client’s player.

 

16. If the Client changes the wedding date, or the date changes due to any reason, Andrei Weddings cannot guarantee availability for any other dates other than those previously agreed upon. In the unfortunate case of rescheduling the wedding, Andrei Weddings will keep the deposit and the Client will have to pay a new deposit unless otherwise agreed.
